September is National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month and not only is Obesity and issue in Children, it is also common in adults.

We understand eating healthy is not always easy for everyone. We also realize that eating healthy is not always the least expensive food option. However, we do know that eating healthy should be more of a priority for your health, body, and weight.

  • The estimated annual medical cost of obesity in the U.S. was $147 billion in 2008 U.S. dollars; the medical cost for people who have obesity was $1,429 higher than those of normal weight.
