A Healthier 2020!

With the new year approaching, many of us set goals to become healthier in the new year, and that’s great!

However, we all know it is difficult to sometimes stay on track. Busy schedules, finding enough time to exercise, or even taking the quick and easy route instead of healthy when it comes to eating.

Working OutSetting out to make healthy lifestyle changes can feel simultaneously inspiring and intimidating. Were do you even start? When it comes to adopting new healthy habits and making them stick, there are lots of little things you can do that will make a big difference in the long run (and not make you crazy in the process). Instead of trying to upgrade your health with a huge makeover, try these nine small, practically painless moves for long-lasting results. Read all the tips from

  • Plate your meals backward.
  • Put your food away when you’re done serving yourself.
  • Drink a glass of water before each meal.
  • To double down on the mindfulness, chew each bite thoroughly before swallowing.
  • Call food “healthy” and “less healthy” instead of “good” and “bad.”
  • For every hour you spend sitting, get up and walk briskly for five minutes.
  • And if some types of exercise feel dreadful to you, do something else.
