If you’re anything like us, your 2018 resolution was to become a healthier you. So, how are you doing almost a month into the year?

If you’re maintaining your 2018 goals, hats off to you and congratulations for holding your resolutions strong – we know it isn’t easy! But if you’ve fallen off the wagon, we applaud you for trying and want to let you know that you don’t have to wait another year to focus on your health again.

Here are six tips from the CDC to boost your health and well-being, regardless of your resolution success!

  1. Make an appointment for a check-up, vaccination, or screening. Regular oral and medical exams and tests can help find problems before they start.
  2. Wash your hands often with soap and water to prevent the spread of infection and illness.
  3. Make healthy food choices.
  4. Get active!
  5. Be smoke-free.
  6. Get enough sleep.
